Description
Our client is a non-profit educational institution based in NYC. They are seeking a Program Manager to join the team in support of youth work force initiatives. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Lead youth work force initiatives, including Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)
- Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluations
- Oversee projects, budgets, learning opportunities, and career fairs
- Work collaboratively across departments in support of program goals
- Assist Marketing team with creation of advertising materials
- Provide grant search support to Development team
- Coordinate community events
- Salary Range: $70-75k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or similar field, required
- 4+ years’ experience in managing youth employment programs such as SYEP, Pathways, or similar
- Must have leadership and mentoring experience
- Must be familiar with DYCD Connect
