What You’ll Do

  • Partner with attorneys to draft, refine, and finalize client-facing documents
  • Support regulatory filings and compliance tasks under legal supervision
  • Drive project timelines by liaising with clients, vendors, and agencies
  • Lead knowledge management initiatives including templates, checklists, and precedent libraries
  • Serve as the financial operations contact for the group, assisting with billing, budgeting, and engagement letters
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and lunch-and-learn programs
  • Manage conflict clearance processes and maintain organized waiver documentation
  • Oversee annual audit response coordination for clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on outreach and RFPs
  • Support recruiting efforts in partnership with the professional hiring team

Salary Range: $90,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Hybrid
