Who You Are
- A performance-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience leading growth or paid media strategies that tie directly to business results
- Highly skilled in Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), with certifications and a strong command of large-scale budgets and KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CPL
- Comfortable navigating across channels including Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, and emerging platforms to drive integrated growth
- Analytical and experimental, fluent in building tests, interpreting performance data, and using tools like Skai, SA360, or Google Ads Scripts
- A confident communicator and strategic thinker who can engage senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects with precision
What You’ll Do
- Lead integrated digital campaigns, aligning search, social, and programmatic strategies to meet client growth goals
- Translate data into actionable insights by collaborating with analytics teams to build dashboards and performance narratives
- Drive automation and AI adoption to scale campaign effectiveness and reduce manual lift
- Own the testing roadmap through structured experimentation to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Act as a client-facing expert who can present strategic recommendations with clarity and credibility
- Contribute to the agency’s innovation initiatives in AI, media measurement, and new media models

Salary Range: $90,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Fully remote, USA – Must be in Eastern or Central time zone
