Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of paralegal experience, focused on corporate transactions and Blue Sky compliance
- Experienced in supporting technology companies
- Strong legal writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Skilled at analyzing legal information and translating it into actionable documentation
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and revise corporate documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update corporate and stock records, keeping filings current and compliant
- Prepare and manage entity formation documents across jurisdictions
- Assist with SEC, Blue Sky, and UCC filings, ensuring all submissions meet regulatory standards
- Conduct legal research and support analysis for corporate matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to support transaction-related projects and legal initiatives

- Corporate and stock records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Legal documents and filings are error-free and submitted on schedule
- Entity formations and compliance filings are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Research and analysis provide clear guidance to support transactions and business decisions
- Internal stakeholders rely on timely, well-prepared support for corporate matters
Salary Range: $125,000 – 175,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
