Description
Our client is a high-end real estate consulting firm that advises on some of the most complex development projects across North America and abroad. They are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join the team in Dallas, TX, on a temporary basis, to oversee an office move and ensure operational stability over an approximately one-month period (late July to late August 2025.)
Who You Are
- A proactive and organized professional with 2-4 years of experience in office management or similar administrative role
- Experienced in managing office moves and ensuring seamless transitions
- Comfortable working closely with leadership to execute operational plans
- Skilled at juggling multiple vendors, service providers, and internal needs
- Familiar with supporting small teams and creating efficient work environments
What You’ll Do
- Lead the logistics and execution of an office move
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Partner to align on timelines and priorities
- Coordinate with IT teams, movers, and vendors to ensure all systems and equipment are set up properly
- Oversee the setup of the new workspace, including furniture, supplies, and deliveries
- Maintain clear communication with a team of approximately 10 employees throughout the transition
- Ensure day-to-day operations continue smoothly during and after the move
What Success Looks Like
- Employees feel supported and informed throughout the relocation process
- The workspace is well-organized, stocked, and ready to support productivity
- The new office is fully operational, on schedule, with minimal disruption to the team
- All technology and infrastructure are integrated and functioning
Pay Rate Range: $32-34 per hour, based on experience
