Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join the team. This role is on site at their upscale office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages
- Open and close office, including managing inventory, organizing, and light cleaning
- Communicate with internal and external contacts and vendors
- Manage conference room schedule and prepare for meetings
- Some calendar and travel management
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports
- Salary Range: $75-85k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years’ related experience in a professional services or luxury hospitality environment
- Highest level of customer service instincts
- Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highest standard of professionalism and discretion
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
