An award-winning global marketing agency is seeking a Media Director to lead digital media strategy for a major entertainment account. This is an opportunity to shape integrated campaigns, mentor a talented team, and partner with high-profile clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of digital media planning, strategy, and buying experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role
- Hands-on expertise with Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, YouTube, programmatic, CTV, and digital media planning
- Experienced leading client relationships and managing high-performing teams
- Analytical, strategic, and comfortable translating campaign data into actionable insights
- Entertainment marketing experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies across multiple paid channels
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of media planners and buyers
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing recommendations that align with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize results, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns
- Contribute to agency growth through strategic planning and new business initiatives

Salary Range: $110,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid (2 days on site, 3 remote)
