Our client, an established law firm in NYC, is seeking a talented Marketing & Design Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital and print collateral materials for the company. This includes designing and modifying graphics such as social media images, event invitations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, web imagery, presentations, flyers, posters, and other graphic requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design: Develop new graphics within brand guidelines, from concept to completion, supporting the communications, events, technology, and business development teams.
  • Material Execution: Use graphic software, templates, and design knowledge to create, standardize, and modify in-house graphics and marketing materials. Coordinate with teams to revise and update existing marketing templates as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain the company’s creative assets, including stock photo libraries, bio photos, and social media images. Prepare files and coordinate with external vendors for digital and print collateral production.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent use of the brand in accordance with guidelines, collaborating with internal and external clients to govern brand usage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define creative needs and ensure timely communication throughout the design process.
  • Support the Marketing Design Manager in day-to-day design projects, ensuring consistency and high-quality service.
  • Proactively address discrepancies and inconsistencies, ensuring appropriate resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital and print marketing, preferably in a professional services or financial services organization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Audition, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with website development (HTML, CSS) and email communications is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of print production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $65,000-75,000k based on experience. This role is hybrid in NYC.
