Our client, a leading book publisher, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. The assignment length is approximately 3 months.
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented professional with strong data entry skills and accuracy
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or administration
- Comfortable working with multiple computer programs and systems
- Quick to learn new tools and processes
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Do
- Manage logistics for author orders
- Upload title information into various internal systems
- Support sales and marketing initiatives across projects
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and efficiency

- Timely and accurate completion of author order logistics
- Seamless integration of title information into all required platforms
- Reliable support that enables the sales and marketing team to meet goals
- Consistent attention to detail and proactive communication
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Time Commitment: Approximately 3 months
