A global law firm with offices across four continents is seeking a Manager, Paralegals & Secretaries. Who You Are 

  • An experienced administrative manager with at least 5 years of supervisory experience at a large law firm 
  • Able to lead, coach, and inspire diverse teams across multiple locations 
  • Strategically minded, with a focus on solving business challenges 
  • A confident communicator who can engage effectively with senior stakeholders 
  • Willing and able to travel domestically approximately once per month to maintain strong cross-office relationships and operational alignment 
  • Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with a strong grasp of legal support tools and administrative systems 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and manage legal support teams across two major offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery 
  • Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and business services staff 
  • Oversee staffing, performance management, and professional development for secretarial and paralegal teams 
  • Facilitate training programs and ensure team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed 
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and leadership in resolving employee relations and interpersonal challenges 
  • Manage notary services, compliance documentation, and administrative systems with precision and care 
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations to optimize workflows and support firm-wide initiatives 
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and strategic planning for legal support functions

  • You’re seen as a trusted advisor and go-to leader for both your team and firm leadership 

Company Details, Compensation, and Perks 

  • Competitive salary range of $200,000 – 215,000 annually, based on experience 
  • Hybrid work environment
