Our client, a leading U.S. law firm, is seeking a Temporary Litigation Paralegal to assist in trial preparation and case management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and preparing pre-trial documentation, including contacting witnesses and preparing subpoenas.
- Prepare attorney trial notebooks, witness and exhibit binders for trial.
- Attend arbitration/trial and jury selection, and meetings with witnesses and experts as needed.
- Provide computer litigation support when necessary.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a paralegal or case manager in a law firm.
- Experience with trial and/or arbitration preparation, with trial attendance a plus.
- Familiarity with federal and New York state court litigation procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professionalism in interactions with clients and attorneys.
- Ability to grasp new ideas quickly and apply them with minimal instruction.

Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour, based on experience.
