Who You Are 

  • A litigation paralegal with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience 
  • Experience with securities litigation and/or class-action cases, a plus! 
  • Comfortable navigating legal databases and tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, or PACER, with advanced Bluebooking experience 
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment 

What You’ll Do 

  • Conduct legal and factual research using a variety of platforms and resources 
  • Review and verify legal documents for accuracy, including cite-checking and formatting 
  • Assist in preparing and submitting legal filings to courts and regulatory bodies 
  • Maintain and organize case files, reference materials, and internal documentation 
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Legal documents are submitted accurately and on time with minimal revisions 
  • Research is thorough, well-documented, and supports case strategy effectively 
  • Office operations run smoothly with proactive support across teams 

Salary Range: $85,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience
