Who You Are
- A litigation paralegal with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with securities litigation and/or class-action cases, a plus!
- Comfortable navigating legal databases and tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, or PACER, with advanced Bluebooking experience
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal and factual research using a variety of platforms and resources
- Review and verify legal documents for accuracy, including cite-checking and formatting
- Assist in preparing and submitting legal filings to courts and regulatory bodies
- Maintain and organize case files, reference materials, and internal documentation
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Legal documents are submitted accurately and on time with minimal revisions
- Research is thorough, well-documented, and supports case strategy effectively
- Office operations run smoothly with proactive support across teams
Salary Range: $85,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience
