Our client is a prestigious national law firm. They are seeking an experienced Legal Business Development Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Hackensack, NJ.
Job Details
- Develop business development strategies and create detailed plans
- Perform and present research on leads, competitors, and market trends
- Work collaboratively with PR to update legal directory submissions
- Continually update and improve marketing materials
- Create presentations, pitch decks, and RFPs
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities
- Salary Range: $100-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Development or Marketing at a Law Firm
- Must have CRM experience
- Strong research and presentation skills
- People person with great verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
