A top national law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join the team.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of legal administrative experience; Trusts & Estates experience strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable in estate planning, probate, and estate administration processes
- Strong organizational, proofreading, and client service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools; experience with ProLaw, iTimeKeep, Intapp, NetDocuments, or ChromeRiver is a plus
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly discreet when handling confidential matters
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and legal support to Trusts & Estates attorneys
- Prepare and revise estate planning documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Assist with probate and estate administration matters, including filing and document coordination
- Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and client communications
- Handle billing, time entry, expense reporting, and engagement documentation
- Coordinate document execution, notarizations, file management, and record retention

- Estate planning and probate matters are supported accurately and efficiently
- Attorneys receive responsive, organized administrative support
- Client communications and document workflows are handled professionally
- Deadlines and filing requirements are met consistently
Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 remote, after probationary period)
