A prominent law firm with a strong reputation in transactional commercial real estate is seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.
Who You Are
- You bring 3–10 years of experience providing administrative support to legal professionals
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and can juggle 20–30 active matters without missing a beat
- Master of formatting and editing complex documents, with a sharp eye for detail
- Tech-savvy, with strong command of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows 10
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues professionally via phone and email
- You’re proactive, organized, and thrive when managing multiple priorities under pressure
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys by preparing and revising financing documents for high-value real estate transactions
- Track and manage closing documentation, flagging outstanding items and ensuring timely follow-up
- Assemble and deliver final closing packages to clients and stakeholders
- Review and finalize client invoices and correspondence with precision
- Coordinate disbursement and reimbursement requests, ensuring accurate tracking
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and keep the team on track

Salary Range: $75,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience
