Description
A growing data center developer is seeking a Lead Scheduler to manage project schedules across a portfolio of complex construction projects. This role will partner closely with project teams and leadership to drive schedule performance and project delivery.
Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of construction scheduling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expert in Primavera P6; MS Project experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and schedule risk analysis
- Experience supporting large-scale, concurrent projects
- Data center, industrial, or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to travel to project sites as needed
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain master schedules from preconstruction through commissioning
- Analyze schedule performance, critical path activities, and potential delays
- Coordinate with project teams to validate progress and schedule accuracy
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and updates for leadership and stakeholders
- Assess schedule risks, support recovery planning, and evaluate change impacts
- Standardize scheduling processes and mentor junior team members

- Project schedules are accurate, reliable, and aligned with key milestones
- Risks and delays are identified early and addressed proactively
- Leadership has clear visibility into project status and forecasts
- Consistent scheduling practices support successful delivery across multiple projects
Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 (annually based on experience)
