They are seeking a Lead Creative Producer to bring the Chief Creative Officer’s vision to life across everything from social content to large-scale productions. This role will orchestrate the creative process end-to-end—planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact content that keeps traders engaged and coming back for more.

- A production leader who thrives on organizing complex projects and turning concepts into polished creative
- Experienced across small-format digital content and large-scale brand or international productions
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, internal teams, and external collaborators to keep projects aligned and moving
- A planner at heart, comfortable with budgets, timelines, and production documentation
- Connected to a deep network of directors, editors, colorists, sound designers, music supervisors, and production houses
- Negotiation-savvy with vendors and partners, able to secure top talent and resources efficiently
- Adaptable, energetic, and motivated to produce content that engages, surprises, and delights audiences
What You’ll Do
- Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans in partnership with the Chief Creative Officer and internal teams
- Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, including budgets, timelines, approvals, and logistics
- Manage production across all scales, from social media assets and digital campaigns to large international shoots
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions before they impact timelines or quality
- Mobilize internal and external talent, staffing projects with the right directors, editors, and production specialists
- Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships to ensure access to premier creative resources
- Build and refine production infrastructure, including processes, templates, and workflows that scale with the team

Salary Range: $150,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
