A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in New York City.
Who You Are
- You have 2-6 years of legal recruiting experience at a mid-to-large-size law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruiting or HR systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, professional approach
- Experience with tools like Lawcruit or Workday is a plus
- Open to overtime and occasional travel
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience by managing logistics, communication, and coordination across hiring activities
- Support hiring decisions through oversight of candidate information, feedback, and documentation
- Facilitate offer processes and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide visibility into pipeline activity
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and integration of new attorneys
- Communicate with external recruiting partners to ensure alignment and timely updates
- Contribute to recruiting programs, events, and general operations support

- Hiring processes are efficient, organized, and candidate-focused
- Recruiting data is accurate and consistently maintained
- Offers and onboarding steps are completed smoothly and on time
- Stakeholders receive clear, timely communication
Salary Range: $65,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
