They are seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist to join the team. This role is fully remote and requires a schedule based on Pacific Time.
Who You Are
- A legal recruiting professional with 4+ years of corporate and agency experience in placing attorneys — ideally, partners
- Comfortable navigating high-volume, fast-paced workloads with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
- Skilled at building trust with senior leadership and managing sensitive, high-stakes recruiting processes
- Experienced with software such as Zoom/Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as LawCruit
- Passionate about your work and energized by helping top talent find the right fit
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key player in the firm’s strategic growth by managing the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruiting
- Collaborate closely with a national team, including leadership and specialists, to ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and updates throughout the recruiting process
- Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all candidate and agency interactions
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help shape the future of legal recruiting at the firm
- Flex your organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision

- You help the team meet or exceed hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality

- You are a go-to resource for partner recruiting strategy and execution within the team
Salary Range: $75,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
