Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding of Business Services positions
  • Execute selective and efficient role recruitment, selection, and hiring
  • Support Assistant Director in HR by managing employee relations
  • Help guide employees on policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR Assistant to develop and maintain the annual initiative and programs calendar
  • Assist in design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs
  • Supervise the HR Assistant
  • Oversee Time Management module and address employee concerns
  • Assist with offboarding, payroll, and noting personnel actions
  • Collaborate with a team to plan and execute firmwide gatherings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 – 8 years of relevant human resources
  • Recruiting experience required, including 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc), UKG primary functions, HRIS applications (Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to creatively solve problems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a collaborative environment
  • Utilize discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information

 

Salary Range: $160,000 to $175,000 based on experience
