Job Details
- Align Human Resources department and efforts with overall business strategy
- Foster a positive working environment and support employee relations objectives
- Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including overseeing a team of recruiters
- Oversee hiring and onboarding process, including offer letters and orientations
- Supervise benefits administration, ensuring compliance
- Oversee performance management processes
- Salary Range: $85-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ Human Resources experience
- Must have strong recruiting and employee relations experience
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, federal and local labor laws across multiple states
- Tech savvy, dedicated to detail, and highly organized
- Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
- Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
