Our client is a well-known nonprofit research organization. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to join the team on a long-term temporary basis.
Who You Are
- You have 2-4 years of Human Resources administrative experience
- Experienced in working with HR systems and maintaining accurate records
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive employee information
- Flexible and adaptable as business needs and deadlines evolve
- Able to work onsite four to five days per week
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day Human Resources operations
- Enter, update, and audit employee data within HR systems
- Respond to routine employee questions related to benefits and HR processes
- Assist with recruiting, including posting job ads and coordinating interview logistics
- Support onboarding activities and assist with employee lifecycle administration
- Compile workforce data into reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal use

- HR data and documentation are consistently accurate, current, and audit-ready
- Recruiting and onboarding activities run smoothly with minimal delays
- Employees receive timely, professional responses to HR-related inquiries
- Leadership experiences reliable, proactive administrative support
- Reports and analytics are delivered clearly and on schedule
- Confidential information is handled with care and sound judgment
Pay Rate Range: $28-30 per hour, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
