A top New York City law firm is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join the team.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Catering support experience in a corporate setting, highly preferred
- Service-oriented with a polished, white glove approach
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who works well independently and on a team
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
What You’ll Do
- Support meetings and events through catering coordination and conference room setup
- Maintain pantries, common areas, and hospitality spaces to high presentation standards
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Clean and reset meeting spaces throughout the day
- Assist with broader office services and operational support tasks

- Meetings and events run smoothly with a high level of service
- Office hospitality areas remain organized, stocked, and professional
- Employees and guests receive a polished and welcoming experience
Salary Range: $50,000 – 60,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
