Who You Are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience providing legal administrative support within a litigation-focused practice
  • You thrive in a deadline-driven environment and can effectively balance competing priorities
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work
  • You have a strong understanding of litigation workflows, court procedures, and filing requirements
  • You communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, experts, and outside parties
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You are comfortable working with document management platforms, electronic filing systems, and legal technology tools
  • You take ownership of your responsibilities, anticipate needs, and consistently follow through on assignments
  • You bring a client-focused mindset and maintain professionalism in all interactions

What You'll Do

  • Partner with litigation attorneys to provide comprehensive administrative and case support throughout the life cycle of legal matters
  • Draft, edit, format, review, and organize a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions
  • Manage scheduling for hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, and other case-related events
  • Coordinate electronic court filings while ensuring adherence to applicable procedural requirements and filing deadlines
  • Monitor critical dates and maintain litigation calendars to support effective case management
  • Organize and maintain case records, both electronically and in physical form when necessary
  • Assist with discovery-related activities, including document collection, production coordination, and record management
  • Serve as a point of coordination among clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and third-party service providers
  • Prepare materials and supporting documentation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
  • Support time entry, billing processes, and other operational tasks that contribute to efficient practice management
  • Assist with client updates, reporting, and ongoing matter tracking
  • Provide additional administrative and legal support as needed to ensure seamless attorney workflow

  • You contribute positively to a collaborative legal team while helping drive excellent client service
  • Legal matters move forward smoothly because of your strong coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
