A fast-growing, award-winning marketing agency (recognized four consecutive years on the Inc. 5000) is seeking a Head of Paid Media Activation to lead and scale its media activation practice. This is an exciting chance to own the paid media execution function—building systems, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future of omnichannel activation in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary paid media team across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign activation: setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and performance delivery.
- Build and refine processes, tools, and quality controls to ensure flawless execution and scalability.
- Champion innovation—evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation, and AI to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Partner with strategy and finance leadership to ensure precise budget pacing, accruals, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Deploy advanced measurement frameworks and attribution models to tie performance directly to client business goals.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for activation performance, insights, and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in paid media activation, ad operations, or performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and grow multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep expertise across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and retail media—with knowledge of OOH, broadcast, and other traditional channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CM360, and The Trade Desk.
- Demonstrated success scaling operations, implementing new technologies, and improving efficiency.
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives.

Salary Range: $175,000 - 225,000 annually, based on experience
