A growing financial technology company is expanding a gamified trading experience that rewards users and supports greater personalization. The Gaming Project Manager will lead gaming and interactive initiatives from early concept through launch. This person will coordinate art, engineering, design and QA teams while building clear timelines and managing dependencies. The role offers the chance to shape the production function and help guide a broader interactive ecosystem as it evolves.
Who You Are
- You have 6–10 years of experience in project or production management within gaming, interactive software, or a similar creative and technical environment
- You have shipped games and gaming assets end-to-end and understand each stage of the gaming production pipeline
- You have worked in either an indie or large game studio
- You understand how art, engineering, design and QA workflows connect and can challenge unrealistic estimates
- You are fluent with modern project management platforms and can create useful documentation, tickets and workflows
- You communicate clearly with engineers, artists and executives
- You are comfortable working in startup environments and building new processes
- You can clearly present timelines, project health, and project status
What You’ll Do
- Lead gaming and interactive work from initial concept through release
- Turn community ideas and internal proposals into well-scoped, sequenced deliverables
- Create realistic schedules and manage dependencies across creative and technical teams
- Lead planning sessions, standups, and retrospectives that keep the team moving forward
- Track project health, communicate status, and surface risks early
- Maintain production documentation and project management workflows
- Coordinate QA cycles, bug triage, and release readiness
- Serve as a gaming production expert for teams developing this capability
- Refine the production function as the gaming program grows
- Support adjacent production planning needs when priorities and capacity allow

- Creative concepts are consistently transformed into organized, shippable releases
- Art, engineering, design, and QA teams operate from clear plans and shared priorities
- Dependencies and delivery risks are identified before they disrupt launches
- The company has a repeatable production process that supports creativity, scalability, and continued expansion
Salary Range: $100,000-$160,000 (annually based on experience)
