Description
Our client, an established investment management firm, is seeking a Financial Registered Sales Assistant to join their team! This position is fully onsite at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan.
Who You Are
- Experience as a Registered Sales Assistant or in a similar wealth management support role
- Series 7 required; Series 63 required or obtainable within 6 months
- Knowledge of equities trading, margin accounts, retirement plans, trusts, and foundations
- Strong relationship-builder with exceptional client service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Wealthscape experience are a plus
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch service experience
- Support account administration, including onboarding, maintenance, and processing activities
- Coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams to facilitate client needs and investment activity
- Assist with strategic projects, operational initiatives, and client engagement efforts
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance-related information
- Support client communications, events, and relationship-building initiatives
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and the broader team

- Account activity and operational processes are handled accurately and efficiently
- Internal teams collaborate effectively to meet client and business objectives
- Strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations are executed with precision and attention to detail
Salary Range: $70,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
