An established events and experiences firm known for delivering high-impact executive programs is seeking an Executive Strategy & Operations Associate to join the team.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience in strategic operations, marketing, consulting, or a similar role
- Exceptional writer able to adapt tone for executive communications, thought leadership, and client outreach
- Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills
- Highly organized self-starter who manages multiple priorities while operating with discretion around sensitive information
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and coordinating across teams to move initiatives forward
What You’ll Do
- Produce executive-level communications including presentations, written updates, thought leadership content, and external messaging
- Contribute to partnership and revenue efforts through opportunity research, outreach support, and development of client proposals and materials
- Assemble briefing materials, analysis, and reporting to prepare leadership for meetings with partners, clients, and internal teams
- Identify workflow improvements and support cross-functional projects tied to growth, technology adoption, and operational efficiency

- Leadership operates with greater leverage because materials, insights, and next steps are consistently prepared in advance
- Business development initiatives progress with strong research, organized outreach support, and high-quality client materials
- Executive communications are clear, structured, and aligned with leadership messaging
- Strategic initiatives remain coordinated across teams with deliverables and timelines actively tracked
Salary Range: $75,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Chicago, IL – Hybrid (Primarily remote, with occasional in-office presence required)
