Our client is a private, family-owned organization. They are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team in New York City. The position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Manage the Executive's calendar and keep them apprised of all commitments
- Arrange domestic and international travel and logistics
- Manage communications on behalf of the Executive, including email and phone calls
- Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, including light accounting work
- Responsible for personal work for the Executive and family, including travel, dining, healthcare, and banking
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics of company and personal events
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years’ Executive Assistant experience at the C-level
- Must have flexibility to work non-standard hours on occasion
- Strong commitment to professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 based on experience
