About the Role
- Partner with firm leadership to manage executive operations, complex scheduling, leadership meetings, and firmwide initiatives.
- Lead recruiting coordination, including candidate scheduling, interview logistics, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Prepare executive and financial presentations by gathering content, formatting partner-ready materials, and ensuring accuracy.
- Oversee office operations, meeting logistics, the firm's office relocation, and day-to-day management of a Legal Administrative Assistant.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives, including website updates, LinkedIn content, conference materials, and event coordination.
- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and firm leadership to drive projects and ensure seamless execution.
About You
- 5+ years of executive assistant, legal administration, or legal operations experience supporting partners or senior leadership within a top law firm.
- Strong background managing executive calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and producing polished PowerPoint presentations and executive materials.
- A proactive, high-ownership professional who excels in fast-paced legal environments and confidently partners with senior law firm partners.
Salary Range: $115,000 - 125,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY -- Hybrid (4-5 days per week on site)
