Who You Are
- A highly organized Executive Assistant with a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience, ideally in finance or a corporate setting
- Skilled in managing complex calendars, coordinating across time zones, and supporting senior leaders with varied styles
- Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating polished materials for executive audiences
- Strong project manager who can prioritize, track progress, and drive initiatives independently
- Discreet, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct administrative support to three senior HR leaders
- Manage complex scheduling, internal communications, and recurring leadership touchpoints
- Prepare high-quality decks, reports, and materials for internal use
- Coordinate training sessions, onboarding schedules, and recruiting logistics
- Track and execute on firm-wide people initiatives and cross-functional HR projects
- Organize logistics for internal programs and events

Salary Range: $130,000 – 140,000 annually, based on experience
