Who You Are
- Experienced executive assistant with 5+ years supporting C-level leaders
- Familiar with fast-paced industries such as tech, consulting, or startups
- Confident navigating digital tools and platforms

- Communicates directly and professionally, even in challenging situations
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring optimal scheduling and swift conflict resolution
- Own logistics for meetings and events, including agenda prep, material distribution, and follow-up tracking
- Act as a liaison across departments, fostering collaboration and clear communication
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, handling all details from itineraries to briefing materials
- Support project execution by monitoring progress, surfacing blockers, and driving accountability
- Process and track expense reports with accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless support across leadership

Salary Range: $180,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
