Description
Our client is the family office of the Chairman of a top financial firm based in New York City. They are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team. This position is hybrid and based part of the week in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Provide in-depth global travel support for the Chairman, family, and staff
- Provide general administrative support, including expense management
- Manage medical and health-related appointments and administration
- In tandem with other assistants, coordinate the Chairman's busy calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics of company and personal events
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Salary Range: $125-175k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years’ Executive/Personal Assistant experience at the C-level
- Family Office or similar experience, highly preferred
- Must have flexibility to work non-standard hours on occasion
- Strong commitment to professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
