An industry leader in cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to join the team in Denver, CO. 

Who You Are 

  • You have 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering within mission-critical or industrial power environments  
  • Experience supporting both design and operation of data centers or similar high-density infrastructure  
  • Strong knowledge of MV distribution, substations, protection systems, and backup power  
  • Able to interpret complex drawings, studies, and specifications  
  • Familiar with NEC, IEEE, and related standards  
  • Comfortable working directly with utilities, contractors, and vendors  
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license strongly preferred  

What You’ll Do 

  • Direct electrical engineering efforts across large-scale data center projects  
  • Guide system decisions spanning distribution, interconnection, and standby power 
  • Review engineering deliverables to identify risks and ensure buildability  
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align design execution  
  • Support construction through RFI responses, submittal reviews, and field coordination  
  • Engage utilities and regulatory bodies for service integration  
  • Contribute to improving electrical standards and design consistency

  • Electrical systems are delivered with minimal rework and strong reliability  
  • Utility coordination and energization proceed without issue  
  • Commissioning is efficient with systems performing as intended  
  • Projects benefit from consistent, scalable electrical design approaches 

Salary Range:  $150,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  Denver, CO – Hybrid (4 out of 5 days on site)
