They are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director/Director of Digital Media Strategy toplay a crucial role in shaping impactful strategies. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, you will be a key player in their mission to deliver exceptional results. This is a hybrid role in NYC.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile banking accounts focused on both brand and performance marketing objectives.
- Serve as a strategic client partner, understanding and reflecting business objectives into media strategies.
- Deliver exceptional service to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Present strategic plans, results, and insights in a compelling manner.
Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across media channels.
- Leverage insights and data to align plans with organizational objectives and client needs.
- Create plans that drive business growth and achieve client goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics and interpret data insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Leadership and Team Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional team.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
Digital Activation & Optimization:
- Optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (social media, display, search) for maximum performance and ROI.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and oversee digital campaigns for high-profile clients.
- Ensure seamless execution, tracking, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in campaign management and ad-serving technologies (e.g., DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager).
Qualifications
- 5-8 years in digital media strategy, with a focus on client management, strategic media planning, and campaign activation.
- Ability to translate data into compelling media strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Salary Range: $130,000-150,000 based on experience.
