A nationally respected law firm is hiring a Controller to manage core financial operations across trust, treasury, audit support, compliance, and reporting. While the position is posted as open to multiple locations, there is a strong preference for candidates based in South Florida (Cypress Creek). Orlando may be considered due to proximity to senior leadership.

What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in a Controller or senior-level accounting role
- A strong foundation in GAAP, including cash to accrual (cash to GAAP) reconciliation
- Direct, hands-on experience with ASC 842 lease accounting
- Experience managing treasury, reconciliations, and cash forecasting
- Familiarity with trust account compliance and multi-account structures
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required
💰 Salary Range: $135,000–$200,000 (commensurate with experience)
