Our client, a top 25 global law firm based in NYC, is seeking a CLE Compliance Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a uniquely people-focused culture, and they offer excellent benefits!   

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative support to the Professional Development department 
  • Enter information into the firm’s compliance system, CE Manager 
  • Maintain CLE compliance logs 
  • Supervise the firm’s attorney CLE obligations and registration statuses 
  • Handle inquiries regarding CLE credits and license renewal registration details 
  • Ensure the CLE compliance system and tracking logs accurately record attorney arrivals and departures 
  • Liaise with the CLE Compliance Specialist to address credit/database issues 
  • Compose CLE extension requests and follow up as necessary 
  • Salary Range: $65-82k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2+ years’ Administrative experience 
  • Law firm or other professional services industry experience, highly preferred 
  • Previous CLE exposure, a major plus! 
  • People person with great verbal and written communication skills 
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
