Our client is an international chain of luxury resorts. They are seeking a Chief of Staff to join the team in support of the CEO. The role is fully on site in New York City. The company offers excellent benefits, rich PTO, as well as a uniquely collaborative culture!
This role requires occasional domestic & international travel with the CEO
Job Details
- Assist CEO with strategic planning and communications
- Act as primary liaison between CEO and other company leaders
- Provide managerial support to CEO for department leads and other executives
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements where necessary
- Provide operational leadership for large projects and initiatives
- Analyze and problem-solve business challenges
- Create reports, presentations, and other materials
- Manage stakeholder relationships and represent CEO at functions, as needed
- Plan and execute events, including board meetings, company events, and offsites
- Salary Range: $130-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Hospitality or Business major, preferred)
- 5-8 years’ relevant experience in administration, management, or operations
- Luxury hospitality experience, highly preferred
- Strong business insight and understanding of corporate governance
- Confident strategic partner and problem solver
- High EQ team player, able to communicate seamlessly and build relationships with all levels of employees, leadership, and stakeholders
- Able to travel domestically & internationally with the CEO
