Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social media buying strategies
- Lead a team of paid social media buyers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure direct report’s development and alignment with media buying goals and objectives.
- Ensures ad spend is allocated efficiently to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Develop, launch & test creative.
- Analyze performance metrics, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with other departments to align media buying activities with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of conversion-focused, Paid Social buying within an affiliate marketing OR performance marketing agency
- Must have significant experience scaling campaign budgets well over $1,000,000/yr
- Must have significant experience with conversion-focused media campaigns Optimized for gross margin, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Capable of handling highly complex and fast-changing media targets and offers
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of media channels and advertising technologies.
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 annually, based on experience.
