As an Associate Media Direct0r , you will lead the charge in managing and optimizing campaigns. Your responsibilities include strategizing, performance tracking, team leadership, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance for paid social campaigns, meeting targets, and creating insightful narratives.
  • Design and author team strategy for paid social management across multiple clients.
  • Ensure high-standard reporting and develop narrative for account growth.
  • Uphold best practices in paid social activities and share knowledge across teams.
  • Engage with platform representatives and identify partner vendors for collaboration.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, overseeing complete team growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point, resolving issues in a client-centric manner and coordinating team efforts.
  • Achieve KPIs and deadlines while aligning social strategy with other media channels.
  • Manage advertising spend, collaborating with channel specialists on strategy and optimizations.
  • Occasional communication about modern techniques and optimization methods.
  • Create analyses, stories, and presentations for client media plans and reports.
  • Provide thought leadership on paid social updates to Known teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing data-driven social campaigns.
  • 2+ years of leadership rresponsibilities, both internally and externally
  • Understanding of how Paid Social interacts with other media channels.
  • Experience with global media campaigns and various verticals.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and mathematics in media buying.
  • In-platform experience with various social media platforms.
  • Expertise in designing high-performance social campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM fields.

Base Salary Range: $120K - $135K, based on experience.
