Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking an Associate Director of Facilities to join the team.
Who You Are
- You have 10+ years of facilities management experience, preferably within a professional services environment
- Experienced leading teams, vendors, and large-scale office operations
- Strong knowledge of NYC building systems, regulatory compliance, and life safety requirements
- Skilled in workplace projects, office expansions, and infrastructure management
- Strong communicator with executive presence and a service-focused mindset
What You’ll Do
- Oversee facilities operations for a large headquarters location and multiple regional offices
- Lead maintenance, infrastructure, security, life safety, and workplace services programs
- Manage facilities staff, vendors, and transportation operations
- Support office build-outs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business continuity objectives
- Drive operational improvements that support organizational growth

Salary Range: $165,000 – 190,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
