Account Director
A leading design agency celebrated for impactful consumer brand work is built on a culture of collaboration, creativity, and humility. They are seeking a workflow lead to align resources, manage project execution, and ensure consistent delivery across timelines and budgets. This role is critical in enabling creative teams to do their best work while maintaining operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead strategic brand, packaging, and integrated communications initiatives for major consumer accounts.
- Own and grow senior-level client relationships across accounts, serving as the primary agency partner.
- Drive client meetings, pitches, and presentations with confidence—selling, defending, and elevating creative concepts and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring design work is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Guide scope development, timelines, and financial planning, safeguarding agency value through clear negotiation and forecasting.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape account growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, production, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior client services talent, fostering a high-performance, accountable team culture.
Job Requirements
- 6–9 years of agency client services experience, with strong exposure to CPG brands.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and drive the full lifecycle of complex projects.
- Experience presenting and defending creative work, financials, and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Background in brand development, packaging systems, and campaign-style communications preferred.
- Capable of stepping into a senior leadership role with autonomy and strategic judgment.
- Collaborative leader who contributes positively to agency culture while driving high standards of performance.
Salary Range:
$140,000 - 160,000 annually, based on experience
