They are seeking a Media Supervisor to lead integrated media planning across brand and performance channels, translating business challenges into growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Integrated Media Strategy: Translate client business objectives into cross-channel media plans, guiding strategy development, channel recommendations, and communications planning across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Own Client Relationships: Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, presenting recommendations, managing stewardship requests, and providing strategic guidance that drives business results.
- Drive Plan Execution: Oversee the successful implementation of approved media plans, ensuring alignment between planning, activation, and performance objectives.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Leverage research, audience intelligence, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities, strengthen recommendations, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage Planning Operations: Oversee multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously, balancing strategic development, campaign stewardship, and client deliverables.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and coach Planners and Associates, fostering strong media fundamentals, strategic thinking, and professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–6 years of media planning, communications planning, or integrated media strategy experience within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop and present strategic media recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals across traditional and digital channels.
- Experience managing multiple brands, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring, training, or managing junior team members.
- Naturally curious and proactive, with a passion for uncovering insights and elevating the quality of media recommendations.
Salary Range: $90,000 - 110,000 annually, based on experience
