Our client, a global marketing and media solutions leader with a diverse portfolio of brands, is seeking a VP, Group Director Local Activation to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead local broadcast investment and team operations while working closely with senior industry partners to drive impactful campaigns.
Who You Are
- Broadcast media professional with 10+ years in local TV and radio
- Experienced in building relationships with station networks, publishers, and investment partners
- Confident leading local broadcast teams and operations
- Skilled negotiator for complex media deals
- Comfortable collaborating with agency teams and senior industry leaders
- Knowledgeable in both local and national media buying
- Barter experience, a plus!
What You’ll Do
- Direct strategy and execution of local TV and radio campaigns
- Lead and mentor the local broadcast team
- Manage high-level relationships with networks, publishers, and senior sales executives
- Negotiate deals to maximize value for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and implement efficiencies
- Track market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Oversee reporting, analytics, and campaign stewardship
- Partner with operations leadership on process improvements and automation

Salary Range: $160,000 – 190,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Stamford, CT – On site – Shuttle service from train station provided
