Our client, a global marketing and media solutions leader with a diverse portfolio of brands, is seeking a Director of Programmatic Buying. This role offers the opportunity to guide programmatic strategy and team development at a long-standing organization recognized for analytical rigor, innovative media approaches, and collaborative culture.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and 10–15 years of experience in digital advertising, with deep programmatic investment and strategy expertise
- Strong leadership skills and team development experience
- Proven track record managing buys across multiple DSPs and optimizing campaign performance
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to guide both campaigns and teams
- Clear communicator, comfortable presenting insights to clients and leadership
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow a programmatic team to achieve performance and business goals
- Structure workflows to maximize efficiency and campaign outcomes
- Mentor team members and support career development
- Drive client programmatic strategy and ensure campaigns meet objectives
- Collaborate with media directors and cross-functional teams on optimizations
- Convert campaign data into actionable recommendations
- Represent programmatic capabilities in client meetings and new business pitches
- Share trends and insights to build internal expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert on programmatic tools and innovations

Salary Range: $175,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Stamford, CT – On site – Shuttle service from train station provided
