A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their Structured Finance/Transactional Law team.
Who You Are
- You have at least 7 years of Paralegal experience, including transactional work
- Bachelor’s Degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and complex transactions
- Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office and document management tools like iManage
- Familiar with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and transactional software such as SimplyAgree and Litera
What You’ll Do
- Manage deal lifecycle tasks: checklists, deadlines, and communications
- Prepare and review transaction documents for structured finance matters
- Organize diligence materials, compile signature pages, and finalize closing binders
- Review and file UCC financing statements and lien searches
- Collaborate with attorneys, internal teams, and external vendors

- Deliver accurate, efficient work that supports fee collection
- Maintain organized documentation throughout transactions
- Build strong collaboration across teams and vendors
Salary Range: $100,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
