Our client, an investment management firm based in NYC, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The position is based on site at their headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. The company offers excellent benefits, including 401(k) and generous PTO!

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative assistance to multiple executives
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules in Outlook
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
  • Manage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documents
  • Schedule conference rooms and prepare meeting materials
  • Coordinate key project details and provide assistance for events
  • Provide backup support to reception and other office duties as assigned
  • Salary Range: $75-85k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • 3-7 years’ experience in administrative roles supporting multiple executives
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
