- Collaborate with Social, Biddable, and Analytics teams to optimize campaign success.
- Lead the development and management of digital media plans, including media negotiation and purchasing.
- Translate client objectives into effective media strategies and tactics.
- Direct strategic planning initiatives, including crafting presentations and managing budget allocation.
- Guide the development of tactical plans from RFP to final presentation.
- Create strategic proposals and client-facing POVs in coordination with relevant teams.
- Assume full responsibility for campaign planning and exhibit a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating industry knowledge and addressing their unique business needs.
- Maintain robust relationships with media vendors to discover new opportunities and spearhead testing initiatives.
- Oversee workflow with the Biddable Media team to ensure adherence to best practices and the implementation of insightful optimizations.
- 4 years digital media planning experience with some exposure to planning for Traditional channels such as TV/Radio.
- A strong grasp of both principles and performance marketing principles.
- Prior experience with media software programs (e.g., MediaTools, IMS Clear Decisions, Gfk MRI/Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact, Nielsen AdIntel, Pathmatics)
