Our client, a boutique law firm with an entrepreneurial culture, is seeking an Office Administrator to join the team. The right candidate for this role has 3-6 years of experience in office administration and a strong desire to learn and grow. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative and calendar support
- Manage inventory of pantry and office supplies
- Process invoices, billing, and collections
- Manage vendor relationships and place orders and renewals
- Work collaboratively across teams, including with attorneys, marketing, and finance
- Coordinate events as needed
- Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-6 years’ experience in office administration
- Team player with strong desire to make an impact
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organization skills
