Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in NYC. Job Details
- Collaborate with internal legal team, external counsel, partners, vendors, and others to resolve legal service and document production issues
- Ensure the company's litigation schedule is always up-to-date and accurate
- Assist with legal document preparation and drafting
- Manage confidential client information related to patents and intellectual property
- Provide general administrative and legal assistance as needed
- Salary: $60-70k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year of Paralegal experience
- Previous experience in Litigation, preferred
- Able to travel as needed to provide trial support
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word
- Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through
